Terms & Conditions – The Dreamy Tour

Welcome to The Dreamy Tour. By booking any tour, package, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp/email.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full/partial payment (as applicable) and issuance of an official confirmation email or invoice from The Dreamy Tour.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made through our approved payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.).
  • Full payment is required before the start of the tour unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price quoted at the time of confirmed booking will be honored.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be shared in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
  • Refund rules:
    • 30 days before the tour: 80% refund
    • 15–29 days before the tour: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Any changes to dates, itinerary, or traveler details must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.

5. Inclusions & Exclusions

Services included in the package (transportation, accommodation, meals, entry tickets, guide services, etc.) will be mentioned clearly at the time of booking.

  • Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” is considered an exclusion.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • Guests must carry valid ID proofs, visas, permits, and other required documents.
  • The Dreamy Tour is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by missing documents, traffic, weather, or government restrictions.

7. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their participation.
  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses during the tour.
  • Guests must follow safety instructions provided by the guide/driver.

8. Liability & Limitations

  • The Dreamy Tour acts as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Loss or damage to luggage/personal items
    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or natural disasters
    • Acts of negligence by third-party vendors
  • Our liability is limited to the amount received for the booked service.

9. Behavior & Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow passengers, service providers, and local communities.
  • Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

10. Photography & Content Use

  • During tours, photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform us in advance.

11. Privacy Policy

  • We collect customer information solely to provide travel services.
  • Personal data is kept confidential and is never sold to third parties.

12. Governing Law

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Agra.
